About The Role
The purpose of the role is;
– To teach Humanities to students from Year 9 to Year 11 up to GCSE level (Including but not limited to GCSE Geography, GCSE
history, KS3 humanities)
– To lead on the humanities curriculum (KS3 and GCSE) by having overview and supporting staff members teaching the GCSE
curriculum, developing schemes of work and ensuring use of relevant supporting resources
– to participate fully in the social community of Red Balloon-Norwich in order to support students who cannot access mainstream
education as a result of severe anxiety, trauma and/or learning difficulties identified.
